Donald George's Obituary
Donald Otto George, 89, of Ashburn, VA, died Friday, November 30, 2007, at Manor Care at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, VA. Born on Feb. 3, 1918 in Portland, OR.
He was a son of the late Otto George and the late Sarah Collins George.
Mr. George retired after 30 years of service from the Portland Terminal Company, in Oregon.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mrs. Eleanore Kathleen George of Ashburn, one daughter, Donna (George) Cocks & her husband Paul of Ashburn, two grandsons, Erik Cocks of Tarpon Springs, FL, and Jon Cocks of Purcellville; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
Interment services will be held at a later date in Hillsboro, OR.
