Doris A. Merrell's Obituary
Doris A. Merrell, 93, of Purcellville, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013.
Doris was born in New Jersey but she was a resident for northern Virginia for the last 60 years. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Carleton E. Merrell.
She is survived by 4 generations; her children, Kay Merrell, Judi Newlon and Jeff Merrell; grandchildren, Brian, Stephanie, Rebecca, Tracy, Carrie, Penny and John; great-grandchildren, Heather, Brooke, Brittaney and Brandon; great-great-grandchildren, Kayla and Ethan.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00PM on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Columbia Gardens in Arlington.
