Dorothy (Dee) Carey Wailes, of Lansdowne, Virginia, passed on September 27, 2018. Born September 20, 1928 to Granville and Dorothy Carey in Richmond, VA.
She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband, John Beckett Wailes and her second born son, Jay Beckett Wailes.
She is survived by her son Richard Carey Wailes of Ashburn, VA, daughter, Suzanne Wailes Obrecht of Baltimore, MD, son Christopher Carey Wailes of Houston, TX, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Dee was 90 years young and lived life to the fullest.
Services and interment will be held privately by the family.
