Edward was a very special, kind and caring person. And though he could be very stubborn most of the time he was often wearing a bright smile. Whenever I see small animals, especially squirrels, I think of him, caring for them brought him some happiness while he was here. I will miss you Edward, I hope you have found peace and comfort in the arms of Jesus! Rest in Peace my friend. Dawn
Edward was a man who placed little value on earthly things. He never wanted for anything much (besides cereal for the critters), only to gain what he had lost in the years leading to his death....and these were things I could not replace. His sense of tradition, faith and memories of his mother were some of my favorite things about Edward. He has been missed in a way that would be difficult to explain unless you truly knew him. I was blessed to have had that opportunity for a while. Good bye Edward, I'm sad to never see you come "out of the jungle" again.

Edward was a dear friend and I very much miss him. I am so glad we have this opportunity to say good-bye! I still think of you, Edward, when the birds chirp early in the morning or when that first snowfall hits.
