I remember playing whiffle ball in the backyard of the Gallagher house on Harwood Avenue in Philipse Manor in Sleepy Hollow. It seems Eddie and the gang of kids spent hundreds of hours playing baseball with a plastic bat and ball.

Eddie was part of ‘ The Park Gang ‘ while growing up in Sleepy Hollow/ Westchester County, NY . We were all so proud of him, as he ventured off to Medical School in Mexico . Shortly thereafter, he met and married Patty Battenfeld, who he referred to as ‘ an angel. ‘ Their Wedding was lovely.
