E. Kenneth Mehl's Obituary
E. Kenneth Mehl, 89 formerly of OH, died on Friday, January 21, 2011, at home in Lovettsville, VA. Mr. Mehl was born Sunday, November 13, 1921 in Youngstown, Ohio, he was a son of the late Christian Mehl and the late Hedwig Clara Gransee Mehl. He was a graduate of Case Western Reserve. Kenneth served his country honorably in the United States Navy during WWII.
He worked as a mechanical Engineer in the late 40’s for Westinghouse in Pittsburgh and later several other material handling engineering firms in Pittsburg and Cleveland.
He was predeceased by his wife Anne Louise Mehl in 2009.
Mr. Mehl is survived by his son, Russell D. Mehl & wife Priscilla of Lovettsville, VA; 2 grand children, Stefan and Jessica Mehl, and 1 great grandchild Adalyn. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Helen Mehl of Columbus, OH, and brother-in-law, Harold Eberhard of Willoughby, OH.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 25, at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens located at 11521 Chillicothe Road Chesterland, Ohio 44026.
