ERIKA GUADALUPE SERNA, 40 of Leesburg, Virginia died on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in Leesburg,
Virginia.
Born Friday, December 3, 1982, in El Paso, Texas, she was the daughter of Antonio Ponce and Yolanda
Ponce. She was the wife of Jeremias Serna, together they enjoyed 17 years of marriage.
Erika leaves many to cherish their memory including her husband and parents, daughters, Mia Serna and
Jacqueline Serna, brothers, Antonio Ponce, Jr., and Carlos Ponce.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Loudoun Funeral
Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Friday at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church located at 101
Oak Crest Manor Drive Leesburg, Virginia 20176. Interment will be immediately following in St. John's
Catholic Cemetery, Leesburg, VA.
