ERIN LEA D'AGOSTINO, 49 of Charles Town, West Virginia passed on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia.
Born Friday, April 28, 1972, in, Denver Colorado.
Erin was employed as a Managed Care Coordinator @ Leesburg Sterling Family Practice
She will be forever remembered by:
Erin leaves her family to cherish her memory including her husband of 29 years Beni D'Agostino. Her parents, Earl Headrick, Lana Seigneur and Husband Fred Seigneur. Sisters Michele Guthrie and Husband Shaun Guthrie, Dori Seigneur, Tracey Wills and husband Matt Wills, Jolene Obermeyer and Husband Luke Obermeyer. Brothers, Sean Headrick and wife Sheryl Headrick, Regan Headrick and Bryan Seigneur and wife Dawn Seigneur. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Barbara D'Agostino, brother-in-law Sal D’Agostino and wife Jamie D’Agostino. Nieces and nephews, Ashlynn Klicka and Husband John Klicka, Sal D’Agostino, Seb D’Agostino, Ava D’Agostino, Harper D’Agostino, Ellie D’Agostino, Sean Paul Headrick and wife Brittany Headrick, Samuel Headrick, Dustin Klein and wife Rachel Klein, Misty Senter and husband Duane Senter. Cousin Cheryl Marner and Husband Andy Marner.
A Memorial service will be held to celebrate Erin's life at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 7, 2022,
at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the Sal D'Agostino officiating.
