Eugenia Vira Rozanski's Obituary
Eugenia Rozanski passed away on October 20, 2013 at Loudoun Hospital. Eugenia was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 20, 1923 and passed on her 90th birthday.
Eugenia was married to Lt. Col Gervase Rozanski who served as a bomber pilot during World Ware II, flying missions over Germany. After the war, he was an award winning photographer for “The Philadelphia Inquirer” and “Airman” Magazine. The Rozanskis were long time residents of Philadelphia. They were avid hunters and Eugenia enjoyed gardening.
Eugenia and Gervase moved to Falcons Landing in November 1998, and Gervase passed away in July 2000. Eugenia moved to West Falls in 2008. She is survived by two sisters Sophia Golden and Olga Murphy and a nephew William Doyle.
Graveside services and interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Falcons Landing Benevolent Fund.
