Evelyn Goodwin Moore's Obituary
Evelyn Goodwin Moore, 90 of Middleburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on July 24th, 2022 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Leesburg, VA, surrounded by family. She was born on August 27, 1931, to the late Howard Goodwin and Emily Young. Evelyn was proceeded in death by her husband Glandwood Daw Moore Sr and sister Gladys Johnson.
She was a loving mother to Linda Moore of Leesburg, VA, Glandwood Moore Jr (Aretha) of Herndon, VA, Wade Moore (Brenda) of Leesburg, VA, and Brenda Hearns (Prince) of Leesburg, VA. She is also survived by one brother, one sister, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, godchildren, family, and friends.
Homegoing services will be held at First Mount Olive Baptist Church, 216 Loudoun
Street SW, Leesburg, VA on August 6th, 2022. Viewing from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Service at 11:00 am. Internment at Solon Cemetery in Middleburg, VA.
