Mrs. George, it was an honor to know you, even if it was only for a few years. You were a great neighbor and I want to thank you and your son for keeping an eye on my house when I was not around. Miss Evelyn was an angel--kind, sweet, and full of energy. She always cared for others above herself and always asked for details about the health and welfare of your family. She gave of herself generously in so many ways and was a mainstay in the Lovettsville community. She was my Sunday School teacher when i was in elementary school and i absolutely loved her.
