Fling Edward's Obituary
Mr. Edward Emerson Fling, 78, of Leesburg, formerly of Falls Church, VA, retired Water Inspector for the City of Falls Church, VA, died Monday, December 5, 2005, at his residence.
Born on April 21, 1927 in Washington, DC. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Joan Fling, loving father of Linda F. Smith and son-in-law Walter of Leesburg, VA; proud grandfather of Caroline G. Stewart and her husband Joshua A. Stewart; and loving great grandfather of Olivia Grace Stewart; plus a host of nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapel, Inc., 158 Catoctin Circle, SE 20175, Leesburg, Va., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, December 8, 2005. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 2:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2005. Interment will be in Union Cemetery in Leesburg, VA.
Donation may be made in Mr. Fling''s memory to any children''s charitable organization.
