Fran Anderson's Obituary
Jean Frances Ayers Anderson, 78, of Leesburg, passed away peacefully at her home on May 18th, 2013.
Fran was born in Highland Springs, VA, to the late Ralph and Mildred Ayers, Sr. She was predeceased by her son, Steve.
Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband of 53 years, Paul Winfree Anderson, her daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Eric Dooley of Leesburg, and son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Meredith Anderson of Hingham, MA. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Mary Ayers, Jr., of Richmond.
Fran also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Connor Dooley, and Tyler, Brett and Carter Anderson.
Fran was a devoted educator for many years with the Loudoun Public Schools before retiring in 2001.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, May 22, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle in Leesburg.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 23, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Leesburg Union Cemetery.
