FRANCES MARIE SIMPSON's Obituary
FRANCES MARIE SIMPSON, 71, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, sadly passed on December 31, 2022.
Frances was born on May 22, 1951, in Montgomery, Maryland.
She was a loving homemaker and devoted sister, mom, Maw Maw, and grandma to her family.
Frances loved Elvis, visiting Graceland, and country music. She loved babysitting numerous children, loved going to beach with her children & grandchildren.
Frances is predeceased by her mom, Betty Jane Grove, and step father Charles Grove, and her former spouse Richard Lee Elsea.
Frances is survived by her companion Luther Stone, her daughters, Mary and son in law Robbie Lowe, and Virginia and son in law Spanky Allison.
She is also survived by her siblings; Shirley Lowe, Ruth Ann Perry, Nancy Baine, Barbara Wood, and Charles Allnutt; as well as 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 10 am on Friday, January 6, 2023, for a visitation at Loudoun
Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Cir SE Leesburg VA 20175.
The funeral service will immediately follow at 11 AM; with Rev. John Nathan Mooney officiating.
Interment will be held in Lovettsville Union Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Richard R. Thomas, III, Craig Allen Ridley, II, Norman Burns, Thomas Moulton, Luther Stone, and Vince Simons.
