I was so very sorry to learn of Frank's passing. I have known Frank since we were seventh graders at Ashburn Elementary School.
He was a kind, friendly, hardworking, caring person and so much more.

There are so many wonderful stories about all the years of being friends with Frankie I wouldn't know where to start. We had so many good times whether fishing, or going to Atlantic City, or making my kids and Brenda and Jennie mad because he and I would eat for 2 hours at Chesapeake Bay Seafood restaurant. You will be missed my brother. Love to Jennie and all the family.
Bill has always held Frankie’s carpentry work in high esteem, saying he was the best and faster wallboarder he had ever seen. Memories of eating at Chesapeake Seafood with the Tolson’s. Memories of Triple Seven School (Jenny was our son Mark’s first teacher whom he loved). Memories of many Majorettes events. Our love to the Tolson Family at this sad time. Shirley and Bill🙏❤️
