Tony was born and raised in western PA. He served in the US Air Force and then worked for the Central Intelligence Agency as a career senior Intelligence officer and as a government contractor before retiring to Basye, VA to enjoy his time fishing with his grandchildren, and reviving his love of art by painting, drawing and wood-carving.
