GRACE MARY RUSSELL REEDY's Obituary
GRACE MARY RUSSELL REEDY, 85, of Olney, Maryland died on Sunday June 8, 2008 in Olney. Mrs. Reedy was born on February 20, 1923 to the late William T. and Mary E. Russell in Loudoun County. Her husband Melvin Charles Reedy also predeceased her in 1972. She was raised in Taylorstown and moved to the Silver Spring, MD during her 20’s. Mrs. Reedy will be remembered for her genuine and happy way.
Mrs. Reedy is survived by her three daughters: Mary Virginia Reedy of Olney; Bob Reedy of Silver Spring, Betty Reedy of Silver Spring, Chuck Reedy of Uppermarlboro, MD; two brothers: Eugene Russell of Peonian Springs, VA, Elmer Russell of Brunswick, MD; Four grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Brown/ Loudoun Funeral Chapel 34 West Broad Way, Lovettsville, VA on Tuesday June 10, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday June 11 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, Taylorstown, VA. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to Mt. Pleasant Church.
