Hans Daschil's Obituary
Hans Daschil, 93, Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 4, 2018, at his home in Ashburn, Virginia. He was born on October 31, 1924, in Salzburg, Austria, to the late Franz and Theresia Daschil. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Franz. He was survived by the love of his life, Ruby, who he married in 1952, his two daughters, Teresa Whitehouse (Ed) and Sonia Repp (Jim), her son, Robert, and seven grandchildren, Hannah, Alex, Blake, Gracie, William, Parker, and Lillie.
Hans retired from Mercedes-Benz of North American as the Corporate Comptroller after an amazing 32-year career. He was a passionate golfer and an excellent chess player, as well as a devoted friend to many, and a source of inspiration to his family.
