Only today learning of the Captain's passing I send condolences to the family. I worked for the Captain at the Research Reactor Division while he was there. I am a retired submarine Master Chief the Captain interviewed me and largely because of his recommendation I was hired. I enjoyed our boss/friend relationship. A great man he was.

Harold clearly had a wonderful life. I can't help but feel an emotional pull between Harold, and those who knew him, and those who only know of him through common service aboard Nautilus. Capt.
