My deepest condolences to all of Harvey's loved ones. I had the pleasure of working with Harvey for many years at CA (Computer Associates) and I will always remember his kind and gentle personality.
What earth has lost, heaven has gained.
Though I only met Harvey a few times in person, the great stories I’ve heard made it seem as if I knew him my whole life. My mother & aunts (his cousins) would always say how much they
loved him, and how important he has been to the family. The memories I have of him will always be joyful, and his spirit will be with us forever!

Pt. 2 Get attached to me because he looked at me and said hey, I'm not gonna be here long I'm going to college, but you staying here. I have to educate myself and get things done.. After judging my reaction he said I will be back to visit sometime. During the days Harvey was still prepping for college I had a chance to talk to my cousin (his sister) in school and she was saying she wish she could make him stay. Harvey did leave for college though and I had a chance to go with my grandmother to register him in college and I was just ecstatic. Seeing all the young people not too much older than me moving around and doing things on there own. Living in dorms and making there own rules, I wanted in. I have keep that feeling throughout life that I have to get educated and get things done . Harvey you were such an inspiration too me. We did not see each other much as he moved after he finish school and my family moved.. Howevey, years after moving back I see everyday life beat us both into the people we were . Still Harvey will forever be remembered by me. Mary ,Joy, James and the rest of the family I am really sorry for your loss and sending prayers your way. Please stay strong.
I remember first meeting Harvey when he came to spend the weekend with his grandmother Geneva Campbell and his grandfather Jeriamiah Campbell. IBeing the only other kid there at the time I started folling him around just looking at everything he did.. Our grandmother had told us so much about him. He played sports was in the band had his drivers license all the things you would expect a teen to do. I was four Harvey was 17 he must of thought this girl is not goinna
I send my condolences to Harvey's wife and family. As my heart is heavy with sadness for the loss of my dear cousin, I remember what an awesome person he was. Harvey was a champion in so many ways. He was deeply caring, thoughtful and he loved family. He was connected to his childhood home in NC. He always kept me and my siblings who grew up next door to him abreast about what was going on down home in Winton. I love you cousin. You will be missed You will be missed.

Harvey made a lasting impression on all who worked with him. A kind and gentle man who knew his craft and would not back away from the truth. He understood human nature and could work with the most difficult people. His enthusiasm was contagious and when he wanted more responsibility he would say, "Put me in, Coach!" He was unforgettable and we all loved him at work.
