Heather was smart, funny, kind and loved her family. I had the pleasure of working with her for several years and boy was she passionate! It didn’t matter if it was about a datapoint or a deliverable, she always fought for the right answer. I’ve missed working with her over the last few years. She was so full of life and so happy to be moving into the house of her dreams with the love of her life. She will be so missed. God rest her soul ❤️
I had the pleasure of working with Heather over the last 3 years only getting the chance to meet her personally twice but in meetings 20 plus hours a week you get to know someone's personality. She was a character. She loved her jokes, she loved her family, and she loved to travel and the mountains. She talked about them all often. She was a planner and she had so many more things in store. I was totally and utterly shocked to hear of her passing. My deepest condolences to the family, her husband, and the kids.
I only recently got to know Heather through working together at Fannie Mae the past few years. She was a one-of-a-kind personality who always brought a positive energy to our meetings and was a welcome presence. In our larger group meetings, Heather typically kicked those off with a joke of the day....they were especially corny, and usually she was the only one that laughed at them, but that made it all the more enjoyable :) I was devastated to hear of her passing, and I know that she will be missed by myself and many others.
Heather was an amazing friend, mom and leader. She showed me how to be a good friend, even when I was down . She was a one in a million and I can’t believe she has gone to heaven , but I know she is in peace and a much better place . I love you Heather and I thank you for being such a wonderful person . I will miss you every day until I see you again .
Heather brought brightness, intelligence and humor to all of us who worked with her, and a deep sense of family to those closest to her. I remember her stories about being a single mom raising three boys, and the infectuous laugh she had while sharing them. And I remember when she moved to their new house in Round Hill and how excited she was to marry Ray, I was glad to have been part of those years. Heather built community around her, and I am lucky that she was a presence in my life. Ray, to you I send strength. Heather, to you I send a heartfelt thank-you, and I hope this warm hug finds you on your journey.
