Helen V. Huffman's Obituary
Helen Virginia Huffman 89 of Lovettsville VA. Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home. She was born in faqir County. Virginia to James H Reno Ann Virgie M Bryant Reno. Miss Huffman was a full-time mom, housewife in her earlier years and in her later years she worked for Robert Perkins, Leesburg mobile Home Park. She enjoyed farm life, family, drawing, writing music, reading, church, fishing, cooking, country and bluegrass music, Flowers. She married Pete K. Huffman on January 29, 1947.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Virginia Tolsen (Frankie), Thelma Minick, Rose Rawls; sons, Pete Huffman (Janet), Edward Huffman (Peggy), Joe Huffman; Brothers, Carl Reno (Mona), Raymond Reno (Patty), Edwin Reno (Diane), Lenny Reno (Susie); sister, Della powers (Jerry); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Along with parents James and Vergie Bryant Reno, grandparents James and Maggie wine Reno, Miss Huffman was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Huffman; daughter, Anna Armstrong; son, Jack Huffman; brothers, Harold Reno, Donald Reno, James Reno jr., and William Reno; Sisters, Carolyn Weister, Mary Merrith, Ruby Minick, Betty Reno, Peggy Thompson.
Services will be held Friday April 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM viewing will be on Thursday from 5:30 to 8:00pm at Loudoun Funeral Chapel in Leesburg VA. Interment is immediately following the service at Sterling Cemetery.
