Here are some pictures from the our drama club performances.
Helen was my special friend - we kept in contact daily. I sent Helen different emoji's on a daily basis - first thing in the morning - she loved the smiling little girls. I could not miss a day - she loved it and thanked me many times for making her happy first thing in the morning. It made me happy to give her that little joy. Now that she has moved on to heaven I still think of her first thing in the morning and the smiley emoji. I miss my friend and our special Birthday dinners, the laughter and the special moments we shared.
I moved here 14 years ago, got involved in our theater group and met Helen, our Diva. During those years we really got to know each other and became very good friends. Going to our dances in the clips house was a must. I will be posting more fun pictures from those years as I find them all, but here’s New Years Eve 2021, dancing the night away….
I have so many wonderful memories of my grandma, I will need to return to this page again and again! I’m so lucky to have had so many years with her, and we made sure everything was a celebration! One standout was her 90th birthday, when we gathered the family and had a raucous time on a party bus! The music, the laughter, the togetherness, and the funny stories were revisited many times over the ensuing years. What a weekend it was 🥳
