Hilda Ruach's Obituary
Hilda Ruach, 91, of Ashburn, VA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Loudoun Hospital.
Born on August 23, 1923 in Havana, Cuba she was the daughter of the late Ramon Alvarez and the late Consuelo Martinez. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her late husband of 59 years, Juan Ruach.
After leaving Cuba in 1962, Hilda lived in New York and the U.S. Virgin Islands until 2005 when she moved to Virginia.
She is survived by her daughter, Marlene Valentino and her husband, John; son, Robert Ruach and his wife, Racquel; four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
The family received friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Internment will take place at a later date at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
