Irene W. Blackwell's Obituary
Irene W. Blackwell, 87 passed on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at Meadow Glen Assisted Living in Leesburg, Virginia.
Irene was born on Friday, July 29, 1927 in Rochester, New York. She was the daughter of the late Ambrose V. Wehner and the late Adelaide Noll Wehner. She was the wife of the late Gurth L. Blackwell who predeceased her in 1992.
Mrs. Blackwell leaves to cherish her memory her two sons Bruce E. Blackwell and daughter-in-law Dianne of Leesburg, VA, and David A. Blackwell and daughter-in-law Diana of Hamburg, NY.
A Funeral Mass began at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 3, 2014 at St. Joseph's Cathedral located at 50 Franklin Street Buffalo, New York 14202.
Interment followed in Woodlawn Cemetery, Orchard Park, NY.
