James Julian Morano's Obituary
James Julian Morano, “ JJ” as he was known to his family and friends, was born on June 10, 1990 in Pittsburg Pa. He moved with his family to Leesburg Virginia at the tender age of 3.
JJ loved to play sports, and roller blade. He loved his sisters, Lindsay and Caroline immensely. He excelled at school from the start, receiving excellence academic awards in elementary, middle and high school.
In high school, JJ was a three-sport varsity athlete and received the “scholar athlete” award for maintaining over a 4.0 grade point average, and participation in several clubs during his time there. He achieved his dream in his acceptance to University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering. He was an enthusiastic and honorable student at Mr. Jefferson’s college.
JJ began his career at Fannie Mae in Herndon, Virginia and excelled to project manager in three years. He loved his fiancé, Mickayla Davis and children, Mason Robert and Parker Marie intensely. He viewed being a stand-up father as his sole purpose in life.
He is survived by his fiancé, Michayla Davis, his children, Mason and Parker, mother and father, Diane and Jay Morano, sisters, Lindsay Morano, Caroline Morano, grandparents, Eunice and Ed Palm of Willingboro NJ, 14 aunts and uncles, and 20 first cousins.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday, June 1st, 2017 from 7 to 9 PM at the Loudoun Funeral Chapel 158 Catoctin Circle, S.E. Leesburg, VA, 20175.
Mass of Catholic Burial will be offered on
Friday, June 2nd, 2017 from 2 to 3 PM at Saint John the Apostle Catholic Church
55 Oak Crest Manor - Leesburg, VA - 20176. Interment to follow at St. John's Catholic Church Cemetery.
