James Owens' Obituary
Mr. James Thomas Owens, 62, of Ashburn, VA, and formerly of White Plains, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 26, 2008 in Falls Church, VA. Beloved son of the late Mary Jane Shahan Owens and John Owens was born on November 8, 1946 in Queens, NY. James served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He was retired from Verizon as an IT Director. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Owens and son Jonathan Owens; a sister, Jaquelyn Petrie of Meridian, Idaho; two nieces, one nephew, three great nephews, and two great nieces. Friends may call on Saturday, January 3, 2008 from 1 to 3 P.M. at the Loudoun Funeral Chapels, 158 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, VA. There will be time for sharing at 3 P.M. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
