James Winifred Robinson Jr.'s Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of James Winifred Robinson, Jr., who left us on May 29, 2025, at the age of 73. Jimmy was born to James Winifred Robinson, Sr., and Faith Captola Robinson (née Mallory) on April 25, 1952, in Leesburg, Virginia. He spent most of his life in Loudoun County and lived in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, as a young child.
Jimmy worked in the construction industry as a laborer earlier in his life. Jimmy was also a gifted artist. Jimmy could draw anything by looking at and would amazingly transfer it to paper, his work and attention to detail was truly awe inspiring. Jimmy loved having a good time with family and friends.
Jimmy was predeceased by his parents, as well as nephews, Terry Fairfax Jr. and Marques Fairfax. He is survived by his five siblings: Anthony Robinson, Summit Point, WV; Sarah Robinson (John), Leesburg, VA; May Robinson (Terry), Purcellville, VA; Monanza Robinson, Leesburg, VA; and Theodate Robinson, San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by seven nieces: Beatrice Scott (Joseph), Frances Sheppard, Kristal Cook (Kelvin), Janae Ortiz, Olivia Walton, Amber Walton and Chaniece Robinson. One nephew, John Robinson. Five great-nieces: Jasmine Cook, Aaliyah Ortiz, Jasmyn Ortiz, Santana Ortiz, and Kaydence Cook, five great-nephews: Kelvin Cook, III, James Cook, Jalen Cook, Onyx Taylor, and Gio Taylor.
The family will hold a private service in celebration of Jimmy’s life.
Rest in peace, Jimmy. We love and you will be dearly missed and fondly remembered forever.
