James Eric Thomas-Hall's Obituary
JAMES ERIC THOMAS-HALL, 86, of Summit, Mississippi, formerly of Pass Christian, MS died on Tuesday, November 15th 2011 in Leesburg, Virginia. Mr. Thomas-Hall was born February 25th 1925 in London, England to the late Albert and Mildred Hall. His wife June Cockshott Thomas-Hall predeceased him in 1985. James was raised in Wales and joined the British Royal Navy at 15 during WWII. After the war he served with the British Merchant Fleet. In 1958, he met his bride and settled in New Orleans for a few years before moving on to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi where they raised their daughters. He was a retired hydraulic engineer and an avid lover of the sea.
Mr. Thomas-Hall is survived by his beloved daughters, Kim Goodwin of Leesburg, VA, Ann Domilise of Picayune, MS; three grandchildren: Scott Colson, Jr., Stephanie Johnston, Evan Goodwin; three great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services and interment were held privately.
