Jean McEvoy Mercready's Obituary
Jean McEvoy Mercready (age 91), of Ashburn, VA, passed away Monday night, September 17, 2018, after a long illness. Originally from Plainfield, NJ, she worked as Administrative Assistant in New York, Washington, D.C., and Arlington, VA, and raised her family in Vienna before retiring to Ashburn. Jean is survived by her children, Pam, Mark, Peggy, and Beth; her grandchildren, Renee and Nick Young, Alex and Livy Anderson, and Becky Logan; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Livy Logan. She is predeceased by her husband Robert of 49 years and her son, Robert Joseph Mercready. Mass will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 10:30am at St. Theresa Catholic Church 21370 St. Theresa Lane, Ashburn, VA and interment to follow at Fairfax Memorial Park.
