Joseph Filice's Obituary
Joseph Filice, 59 of Leesburg, VA passed away in his sleep on Saturday, September 4, 2010.
Joe was born Friday, September 8, 1950 in Cosenza, Italy. He was the son of the late Giovanni Filice and the late Marietta Filice, and brother to the late Marian Filice.
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Joe was a mechanic with United Airlines, for over 20 years.
He was a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.
Joseph was the beloved husband of Marjorie J. Filice of the home, stepfather to Garrick Thomas and his wife Stella of Leesburg, Kevin Thomas of Ashburn, VA; Grandpa Joe to Jaiden and Loris Thomas, plus a host of other cousins in Pittsburgh, family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Monday, September 6, 2010, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at the Beinhauer & Fryer Funeral Service, 430 Washington Ave, Bridgeville, PA.
A Funeral Mass will be held in Pittsburgh on Thursday at the Holy Child Catholic Church in Bridgeville, PA and Interment will be held in Resurrection Cemetery, Coraopolis, PA.
