Joseph R. Payne's Obituary
Joseph “Joe” R. Payne, 69, of Leesburg, VA, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
Born on December 2, 1945 in Woodstock, VA he was the son of the late Thomas Eugene Payne and the late Elizabeth Betty Quarter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings Shirley Combs and William Payne.
He is survived by his sister, Alice Cochran and his brother, Eugene Payne along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
A funeral service was held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel. Burial followed at Leesburg Union Cemetery. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
