JOYCE ANN HARLOW, 61 of Lovettsville, Virginia died on Sunday, February 12, 2023, in Leesburg, Virginia.
Born Wednesday, March 8, 1961, in Leesburg, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Howard Lance and the late Shirley Walker Lance.
Surviving are sons, Shayne Allen Harlow of Harpers Ferry, WV, Shawne David Harlow of Leesburg, VA, brother, Carl “ Buddy” Lance of Harpers Ferry, WV.
Joyce was predeceased by her parents, daughter, Sarah Harlow-Jenkins, brother, Richard Lance.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday, February 20, 2023, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, Virginia.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the David Kidd officiating. Interment will be held privately in Hillsboro Cemetery, Hillsboro, VA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Loudoun Funeral Chapel to defray the cost of funeral services.
