Approximately on July 3rd, my husband, his son and wife, and I met Juanita and Alex at Herrington Harbor North at an outdoor dinner for boat owners at the marina. Then Juanita gave a quick tour of the sailboat and she and I had a brief walk back to our car but in that short amount of time, I discovered she was a lovely Christian woman. They accepted an Evite
(cards only) to my upcoming birthday party July 11…….however, Juanita blessed me with the gift of a beautiful Celtic hand-lettered illuminated manuscript of an Olde Scottish Blessing. To me, this generous act of giving to someone she barely knew, spoke volumes of her loving and kind character. I know I shall see her again in Heaven. Dianne & Frank Leone
I have such fond memories of Juanita, we were good friends for the 1 year we studied in Bain School, Chennai, India and then we lost touch. I am saddened to hear of her passing, she was a good friend and will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the family. We spent a fabulous day celebrating her 58th birthday. I miss my friend of 15 years; her smile, her brillance, her generosity, her laugh.
What can I write about a person who came into my life like a burst of sunshine and filled it with joy, true friendship and caring. I was lucky to have had her as my friend . She was young enough to be my daughter. Her laughter, her mega watt smile, her hugs and her warmth. I shall miss them terribly . Dear Juanita hope you are at peace now.
You can trace any success you have in life back to a small number of people who took a chance on you or shaped you in important ways. Juanita and Jack are two of these people in my life. Over twenty years ago they gave me my first job in cybersecurity, a career I enjoy to this day.
Juanita taught me so much in the time we worked together at Mountain Wave. She taught me to be bold, be tough, think big, and take risks in order to make your dreams a reality. She shaped my life and the lives of countless others in our industry. I will always be grateful to her for that.
I wish I had the chance to meet Juanita in person. All our encounters were over the phone while we worked on marketing initiatives for Waverley Labs and RESILIANT. She was more than a client and colleague to me; she was my friend whose voice radiated with a smile over the phone. For the last 3 years, our 30 - 45 minute catch-up calls broke down like this - maybe 5 - 15 minutes was all business and the rest was getting to know each other. I learned that she was an artist of many mediums (gardening, music, and entrepreneurship), loved her children, and sought to enable their creativity. She did it all with a smile and a few laughs on top of running two growing companies. Juanita was true to her own spirit. I am grateful to have had the chance to have known such a kind person.

I am so sorry to hear of Juanita's death. We worked together on the Cloud Security Alliance. She was always a dream to work with. She was very well respected in her field and will be greatly missed. - Katie Lewin
