Judith Leonore Roman Eichner's Obituary
Judith Leonore Roman Eichner, 81 of Leesburg, Virginia passed on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in her home. Daughter of the late Samuel and Beatrice Adler Roman, Judith was born Thursday, October 10, 1935 in New York City. She was a graduate of the Berkeley School of Business in New York City and worked for many years as a writer and editor for such institutions and organizations as George Mason University and the Jewish War Veterans of America. Her greatest pride and joy, however, was her husband, Alfred, of 50 years and their children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Leslie (Eichner) and husband Maurice LeFranc of Leesburg, Virginia; her son, Robert Eichner of Fairfax and wife Lorraine of Fairfax, Virginia; her sister in law, Roslyn and brother in law Bobby Farbman of Venice, Florida, and grandchildren Jesse and his wife Amanda, Berangér and her fiancé Christopher, Genevieve and Ghislaine LeFranc; and Noah, Jovian and Corbin Eichner.
Memorial services will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America (www.ccfa.org) or SPCA of Northern Virginia (www.spcanova.org).
