Julia Reid Cornelius' Obituary
Julia Reid Cornelius, 99 of Huddleston, VA, formerly of Arcola, VA, passed on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at English Meadows Elk Home Campus in Bedford, Virginia.
Born Saturday, May 5, 1917 in Bluemont, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Reid and the late Addielade Symons Reid. She was the wife of the late Joseph Andrew Cornelius and grandmother to the late Joni Johnson.
She was a member of Arcola United Methodist Church.
Julia leaves her family including a daughter Patricia Johnson, a son, Michael Cornelius of Huddleston, VA, 4 grandchildren, Karol Adams, Susan Cornelius, Michael Cornelius, Jr., Jennifer Weathers; 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175 with the Rev. Chris Riedel officiating.
The family will receive friends for viewing from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bluemont, VA.
