On Thursday, April 9, 2020 in Annapolis, MD. Julia grew up in Leesburg, VA and attended Nazarene Church in Leesburg. She worked for the Navy Department for 35 years. Loving mother of Ralph L. Hough (Rebecca) and the late Deborah Ann Flynn. Julia is also survived by her caregiver and longtime companion Mario Salas and 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
