Kathy Marie Hagenbuch

Kathy Marie Lamborne Hagenbuch passed away at her home in Aldie, VA on the evening of July 15, 2020. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Don R. Lamborne and Jean Surls Lamborne. Kathy is survived by her husband of 25 years, Ricky Hagenbuch, her 15 year old son, Tyler Hagenbuch, Father, Mike Lamborne, Mothers: Shirley Lamborne and Marsha Baker Lamborne, Mother-In-Law, Dolly Hagenbuch, Maternal grandmother, Jewell Dulaney, Sister, Michelle VanDevander, Brother, Michael Lamborne, Niece: Kaylee Roberts, Nephews: Garrett VanDevander and Dustin VanDevander, and her Great-Niece: Gabriella Roberts. Kathy accomplished so much in her short lifetime and was successful at many things including, being the right-hand to her husband in their contracting business, she had been an Instructor/Teacher for a Coaching Institute, she was a Certified Professional Personal and Business Coach, and an accomplished author of two National Academy of Best Selling Authors books where she offered her expert advice into the world of local and small business marketing. Of all her amazing accomplishments, she was most proud of being the mother to her amazing son. Kathy touched the lives of everyone she met. She was never afraid to take on any task, no matter how big or how small with the attitude of, “If it cannot be done, I WILL DO IT!” While Kathy loved all things in life, she was known for her never-ending compassion for animals, and this was so evident in the love she had for her beloved kitties. Her endless love for her family was shown in so many ways with all she done to support and care for them. Kathy will forever be with us in all the memories we created together, the valuable lessons she taught us, the values and morals she instilled in us, and we will carry her in our hearts always. Her loving and gracious heart, her wonderful smile, and her open arms will forever be missed and cherished. Her bigger-than-life spirit will live on within us from now until eternity. May God Bless and wrap his comforting arms around you now and in the difficult times to come. “Our destination is a place, far greater than we know, for some the journey’s quicker, for some the journey’s slow, but when the journey finally ends, we’ll claim a great reward, and find an everlasting peace, Together with the Lord.” In lieu of flowers the family is asking for contributions be made in care of Ricky Hagenbuch for Tyler Hagenbuch and a Rescue League for Cats of his choice to carry on with her care and compassion she had for animals.
