Kelley Ann Watt's Obituary
Kelley Ann (Nelson) Watt, age 58, of Purcellville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025. Born on September 12, 1966, in Silver Spring, Maryland, Kelley lived a life filled with love, family, and grace.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Watt; her children, Chad Henderson, Josh Watt, and Chase Watt; and her three beautiful granddaughters, Averie, Aubrie and Adlie, who brought her endless joy. Kelley was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ron and Jean Nelson.
Kelley retired from a long and dedicated career with Loudoun County Government, having served as a Legal Administrative Assistant at the Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. She was admired for her professionalism, warmth, and dedication to her work.
Beyond her career, Kelley was a woman of deep passions and creativity. She loved nothing more than time spent at the beach, the companionship of her cherished fur babies, Nikki, Lucy and Sophie, and the laughter and love of her granddaughters. She had a true talent for interior design and found great joy in decorating the home she shared with Jeff, creating a space that radiated warmth and beauty.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Kelley’s life on Saturday, June 28th, 2025 at Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 156 Catoctin Circle SE, Leesburg, VA 20175. Friends and family are invited to gather at 12:00 PM, with a service to follow at 1:00 PM.

Kelley will be remembered for her kindness, her creativity, and the deep love she gave to her family and friends. Her light and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
