Kenneth A. Long's Obituary
Kenneth A. Long, age 68, of Reston VA, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017.
Kenneth was born on August 28, 1948 in Dayton, OH to Kenneth E Long and Alma Marie (Woods) Long. He graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. degree; University of Dayton, M.A. degree and completed the Virginia Polytechnic Institute Ed.D Doctoral Program. Kenneth worked over twenty years as a Human Resources Professional, he retired in 2014. He enjoyed all sports and loved cars just as much.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Alma Long. He leaves to cherish his precious memory; his longtime companion, Kathy Logan; special friends, LaHugh Bankston, John Outlaw (Linda) and Bernie Bickerstaff (Eugenia); aunts, Estelle Rucker and Juanita Oglesby; special relatives, Michael Long (Linda), Sabrina Watson (Kenneth) and Dr. Richard Rucker (Barbara); and a host of other relatives and friends.
