Larry Anthony Dupre’ was born on November 16, 1955, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Larry transitioned on August 29, 2024, at the age of 68. Larry leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 39 years C’ Artis Dupre’.
Larry was the son of the late Warren Landry Dupre’ Sr. and the late Georgiana Fletcher Dupre’. He is survived by his brother Warren L Dupre, Jr. (Henrietta),
sister Janice Dupre’ of Houston, Texas, sister-in-law Sherida Aaron, and brother-in-law Oliver Aaron Jr. Larry is also survived by his aunts, Jacqueline L. Sardie,
Roberta Gumbel and Dr. Beverly Dupre’; and his devoted cousin Julie Sardie. He will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Larry attended Abramson High School and the University of New Orleans. Larry and C’ Artis relocated to Fairfax, Virginia, both working for United Airlines.
Larry worked for United Airlines for 34 years. During those 34 years with United Airlines, Larry had many hats. He and C’ Artis traveled the world.
United is “a” family and he loved his “United” family.
Larry went on to receive his Bachelor of Individualized Studies / Integrated Marketing Communications from George Mason University. He also received his
Master in Real-Estate Development from the University of Maryland. Larry completed and earned certifications in Film, Editing and Radio Broadcasting from
American University. He was the co-host of the cable television show “The Clean Scene”.
Larry was an accomplished author and publisher of “Diabetes Principles” of which he was extremely passionate.
