Laura Powell's Obituary
Mrs. Laura J. Powell, 71, life long of Leesburg, Virginia, died Wednesday, May 3, 2006.
She is survived by five children, Robert Powell of McLean, VA, Gretchen Powell of Leesburg, Jeffrey W. Powell of Alexandria, AL, Michael J. Powell of Martinsburg, WV, and Wendy L. Powell of Gulfport, Miss.; and an adopted daughter Ronda Grier of Leesburg; Three step children; a brother, Paul H. Johnson of Leesburg, and five grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband William Herbert Powell in 1987, and a step-daughter Sharon Germany.
Friends may call the Loudoun Funeral Chapel, 158 Catoctin Circle, SE, Leesburg, VA, where the family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Sunday, May 7, 2006 and where
Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM Monday, May 8, 2006. Interment will be in Gleedsville Cemetery in Leesburg, Virginia
