Laurence E. Kimbrough
“An all around great guy”
“Larry” Kimbrough, 53, of Leesburg, VA passed away peacefully on September 7th,2012 of cancer in Loudon Hospital, Leesburg, VA .
Larry was born in Catonsville, MD and was the son of the late Lawrence and Eileen Kimbrough.
Larry graduated from Warwick High School in 1977 and received his Bachelors
Degree in Meteorology from Millerstate State. He went on to receive a degree
In computer technology and worked as a computer programmer for AT & T in Reston, VA where he made his home nearby.
Larry was well known by his friends and family for his dry sense of humor,
his golf game, his knack for crosswords puzzles, backgammon games and love of books and fishing. He always sent the funniest birthday cards!
He will be greatly missed by his four sisters, Joanne Kimbrough, Joyce, wife of Jim Fitzpatrick, Mary , wife of Larry Taylor all of Lititz and Claire, wife of Jay Haggerty, of Grafton, MA. He will all so be missed by his niece and nephews, Matt, Tim and
Alex Hart, Pat, Betty, Tim and Luke Haggerty, Emma and Trevor Fitzpatrick and
Robert Taylor.
Services will be private. A Life celebration memorial service will be held at a later
