Lewis Benjamin Pritten's Obituary
LEWIS BENJAMIN PRITTEN, 85, of Lovettsville, VA since 1962 died on Sunday November 22, 2009 in Washington, DC. Mr. Pritten was born February 17th 1924 in Watsonville, California to the late Clarence and Edith Rich Pritten. He is predeceased by his wife Ruby of 36 years; and his sisters Mildred and Mary Louise. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked as a carpenter in Loudon County, VA. Mr. Pritten was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Brunswick, MD, the Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue and Zion Lutheran Church in Lovettsville.
He is survived by various nieces, nephews and many friends.
Friends may call on Saturday November 28th at the Brown – Loudoun Funeral Chapel 34 East Broad Way, Lovettsville from 10 until time of services at 12:00 with Reverend Andreas Armstrong officiating. Interment will be private in Lovettsville Union Cemetery at a later date.
