Ligia J. Peñaloza, 73 of Ashburn, Virginia died on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at INOVA Loudoun Hospital Center in Leesburg, Virginia .
Born Thursday, October 14, 1943, in Venezuela. She was a daughter of the late Saul Peñaloza and the late Hermelina Zambrano Peñaloza. She was the wife of the late Luis Semidey.
Ligia was a loving homemaker to her family. She attended Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church.
Surviving are sons, Jose Semidey of Ashburn, VA, Refael Semidey of Ashburn, VA and Saul & Jacqueline Semidey of Ashburn, VA, daughter, Ivette Dean of Ashburn, VA, brother, Carlos J. Peñaloza of Miami, FL, sister, Belkys Peñaloza of Venezuela, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 12 noon, on Saturday, November 5, 2016 with prayer services at 11:30 am, at Loudoun Funeral Chapel located at 158 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
Interment will be in to be held privately at a later date, Leesburg, VA.
