OBITUARY INFORMATION
LILLIAN RACHEL FITZGERALD, 83, a resident of Lovettsville, Virginia since 2005, died in Leesburg, Virginia on Sunday May 21, 2006.
She is survived by her six children: Charlotte Rodgers of Pennlaird, VA, Betty Wilson of Broadway, VA, Linda Fitzgerald of Lovettsville, VA, Allen Fitzgerald of Leesburg, VA, Carolyn Young of Lovettsville, VA, Joan Seal of Charlestown, West Virginia; one step daughter: Thelma Belcher of Tampa, Florida; 16 grandchildren; 15great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the Brown/ Loudoun Funeral Chapel 34 East Broad Way, Lovettsville, VA on Tuesday May 23, 2006 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. At 11:00 am Wednesday May 24, funeral services will be held at the funeral home with Bishop Douglas L. Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Culpeper, Virginia.
Mrs. Lillian Fitzgerald was born June 21, 1922 in Madison, Virginia to the late John and Bertha Knighting. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother as well as a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. In addition to her husband Charles A. Fitzgerald she is predeceased by one stepdaughter: Shirley Meeks; two sisters: Ruth and Dorothy; and one brother: Shelton.
