OBITUARY INFORMATION
LOU ELIZABETH SAGE, 89, of Monterville, WV went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 with her family by her side in Leesburg, VA. Mrs. Sage was born July 15, 1922 in Monterville to the late Talbert and Ada Folks Hevener. Her husband of 50 years, Glenn Albert Sage also predeceased her in 1991 and five siblings. She was a lifelong resident of Monterville before moving into the homes of her two sons [Leesburg, VA. and Mechanicsville, MD.] to be near them and her grandchildren in 2008.
Mrs. Sage is survived by her beloved sons: Earl Sage of Mechanicsville, MD, Ronnie Sage of Leesburg, VA; four sisters: Mae Linsay of Cleveland, OH, Shirley Hite of Elyria, OH, Verlie Conrad of Powell , TN, Eula Gibson of Mill Creek, WV; five grandchildren: Michael, Kimberly, Darren Scott, Joni, Scottie; three great grandchildren: Tyler, Garret, Amber; one great great grandchild: Braylin and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 6-8pm at the Randolph Funeral Home, 100 Meadows Lane, Valley Bend, WV. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am on Monday, May 21st at the Mingo Presbyterian Church in Mingo, WV with the Rev. Greg Lanham officiating. Interment will be in Mingo Cemetery.
