Passed into God’s grace and loving hands at home on December 22nd surrounded by family. Beloved wife and best friend of 36 years of W. Bruce Ostendorf. Loving mother of Matthew Thomas Ostendorf. Cherished daughter of Lois Thomas and the late Charles Thomas of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Treasured sister of Joyce Hughes. Adored aunt of Stacy, Kathy, and Kristin and doting great-aunt of Dylan. Long time health aide at Sanders Corner Elementary School. Viewings will be at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home in Avalon, Pennsylvania at 2:00PM to 5:00PM and 7:00PM to 9:00PM on Thursday, December 27th. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Capital Hospice.
