I met Vicki when she first transferred to the Knoxville Office of Hearings and Appeals as Office Manager. We became friends, and kept in touch after I transferred to South Carolina. I came to Chattanooga for a concert in July of 2018; she was going to come with me but became ill and had to cancel. I’m sorry I didn’t get another chance to see her. She was a lovely person, and I know she loved being a wife, mother and grandmother. Vicki, May the Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make his face to shine upon you, and give you peace.
