Margaret Ambers' Obituary
Margaret Chinn Ambers, 74; a life long resident of Leesburg died on Friday, May 21, 2010 in Leesburg. Mrs. Ambers was born December 5th 1935 in Leesburg, VA to the late Ernest and Anna Gaskins Chinn. A brother, Harry Chinn and a sister, Francis Carter also predeceased her. She was a member of First Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Leesburg and Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Lincoln, Virginia. Mrs. Ambers was a custodial worker at the Dominion Trail Elementary School in Ashburn, Virginia from 1995-2005.
Mrs. Ambers is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years: Charles R. Ambers, Jr. of Leesburg; six children: Theodore Allen Chinn of Indianopolis, IN, ShaRo’n Elizabeth Chinn Ambers-Blowe of Reston, VA, Avis Furnita Ambers of Manassas, VA, Charles R. Ambers, III of Leesburg, Michael Lee Ambers of Denver, CO, Rowshell Ann Hall of Leesburg; one brother: Ernest Chinn of Great Falls, VA; fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Friday, May 28th 2010 at the First Mount Olive Baptist Church, Loudoun St. SE, Leesburg, VA from 10:00am until time of services at 11:00am. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
